Indigo Nightclub
I had an intense desire to build a nightclub for my Loveland kids after they moved to college. I asked what people wanted and I think I included everything except the pool tables. :D
This is on a 4x3 lot and is CC free except for 2 walls. (I just had to use that black brick on the outside.) :D
Loveland Dorm
I decided to go ahead and make this dorm CC free so that I can share it with everyone! <3 I tested it and didn’t have any major problems. (The only thing is that when sims are in the central area and it’s raining, they get the “oh it’s raining in my house” action. Kind of annoying but I’m not sure how to fix it/if I can fix it.) There are 10 dorms, each minimally furnished. This is on a 5x3 lot. CC free and vined for your simming pleasure. :)

Mark
Mark has always lived by the motto, “Out with the old, in with the new!” He loved his ex Iris, enough to put a ring on her finger to guarantee she’d stick around. But when Iris’s little sister Daisie kept hanging around the house when Iris was at work, he just couldn’t help himself. Daisie was new and exciting!

Daisie didn’t know why Iris was being so dramatic about her hooking up with Mark. They were engaged, it’s not like they were married! Plus, Daisie thinks she’s much better for Mark anyways. She spends his money better than Iris ever did.
Iris
Iris was happy once. She had a beautiful fiance and everything she could ever ask for. Until that one terrible day in December when she got home from work early, to find her fiancee in the arms of her little sister. So, Iris fled, she fled far away. Now she lives in a new town, and spends all of her time avoiding people and making money selling flowers and vegetables from her garden. She received invitations for the wedding of her sister and her ex - she burned it, and is trying to move on from her horrible past. (Thanks to onesimmore for the prompt and the backstory. :D)
